SASMO
SASMO (Singapore & Asian Schools Math Olympiad) is one of the largest mathematics olympiad competitions in Asia. On Sunday, March 23rd, five of our primary school students participated in the SASMO Math Olympiad, which aims to help students develop higher-order thinking skills in addition to their school mathematics. All five of our students returned from the competition with medals. Our second-grade student Efe Kaan KARAHAN won a Gold medal; our second-grade student Pelin Emine KARA earned a Bronze medal; our third-grade student Mila Duru YILMAZ received a Silver medal; and our fourth-grade students Ege KÜSKÜ and Deniz KÜSKÜ were awarded Bronze medals. We congratulate our students and wish them continued success.
