Quality Programs In Irmak Schools

The concept of quality became a rising value with the industrial revolution and created a systemic development in human thinking involved in both production and management processes. System thinking has led to an increase in the number of people in society who produce knowledge from everything they do and constantly evolve for the better with this knowledge.

As it is known, the most effective power that takes societies forward with the least cost is schools that provide well-planned, quality holistic education. Therefore, it would be a rational and efficient way for educational institutions to use the methods of the quality systems developed in the industry. As a matter of fact, we see these developments in education in modern and advanced societies. Irmak Schools is also a school in this group.
This is because Irmak Schools’ founding aim was to be a model global educational institution of high quality, where free, scientific thought would flourish. Irmak Schools set out to create environments suitable for its graduates, who will ultimately form the society, to grow up as enlightened, responsible and creative individuals ahead of their time.
In order for each Irmak student to develop their talents and become a strong and happy person who can create their own future, an individual, unique curriculum and advanced “teamwork” are needed.

For this reason, Irmak School certified its primary education system with TS ISO 9002 in November 1997, two years after its foundation in the 1995-96 academic year. After the opening of the high school, on November 3, 2003, it accredited the education system in all of its schools (kindergarten, primary, middle and high school) with the TS ISO 9001/2000 version.

This quality system includes:

• Teacher Handbook sections are included.

In addition, our school’s “Corporate Governance Handbook” was also prepared by taking into consideration the changing commercial laws in our country and entered into force after being approved by our Board of Directors No. 1 held on September 24, 2020.

The education system at Irmak Schools continues its efforts to provide its students with appropriate competition environments with the students of the world. In the 2014-2015 academic year, Irmak Schools received accreditation to offer education in AP (Advanced Placement) University Advanced Placement programs and to conduct AP and SAT exams.

Following the IB PYP accreditation, Irmak Schools have been authorized for the MYP and DP programs, and has become an IB Continuum School. This grants our students a continued access to the IB education from kindergarten to the end of their high school life.

Quality will continue to develop as an ecosystem at Irmak Schools as a rising value with the success of administrators, teachers and students.
