Irmak Schools Recognized for Full Implementation of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP)
We are proud to share that Irmak Schools has successfully completed the International Baccalaureate Organization’s (IBO) comprehensive review process and is now formally recognized to offer the full IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) from Year 1 through Year 5 — now including Years 4 and 5.
Thanks to the diligent and meticulous work of our team, this recognition was achieved without the need for the standard one-day verification visit — a rare accomplishment and a testament to the strength of our preparation.
This milestone further reinforces our status as an IB Continuum School, a title we earned in May 2023 following our successful completion of the PYP (Primary Years Programme) and DP (Diploma Programme) evaluation processes. Irmak Schools is proudly one of only nine IB Continuum Schools in Turkey, providing uninterrupted IB education from early childhood through the end of high school.
