Celebrating Republic Day in Our Classrooms
A variety of activities were carried out in our classrooms to help students understand the meaning and significance of Republic Day on October 29 and develop an awareness of the importance of the Republic for our country and its future.
Through classroom activities and discussions, our students explored the historical process leading to the proclamation of the Republic, the values it represents, and its role in shaping a nation’s future. They reflected on the fundamental values of the Republic, established under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and discussed the importance of following in his footsteps, upholding his principles and reforms, and safeguarding the Republic.
These activities aimed to strengthen students historical awareness, deepen their understanding of the achievements of the Republic, and encourage them to embrace their responsibility to preserve and pass these values on to future generations.
With our commitment to raising generations who understand, embrace, and protect the values of the Republic, our students celebrated the joy and pride of October 29 in their classrooms, reinforcing their belief in the bright future of our Republic.
